basement parking on site, first hour free. roadside bays are limited and building management clamps cars left in no-parking areas, so the basement is the safer choice. there is a single step at the shop entrance.

cheras: weekends and public holidays are busiest, and weekday evenings fill up after dinner; for the quietest visit, come before dinner on a weekday. central market: busiest around 11am to 5pm with the market crowd, calmer after dinner. ice is shaved and fruit cut to order, so please allow a short wait at peak times.

the cheras main branch has wifi, but power sockets are limited and it is not set up for long laptop sessions. central market is a foodcourt counter with shared seating (around 350 seats).
